The most common symptoms of pneumonia are: 
<ul>
<li>Cough (with some pneumonias you may cough up greenish or yellow mucus, or even bloody mucus)</li>
<li>Fever, which may be mild or high</li>
<li>Shaking chills</li>
<li>Shortness of breath, which may only occur when you climb stairs</li>
</ul>
 
Additional symptoms include:

<li>Sharp or stabbing chest pain that gets worse when you breathe deeply or cough</li>
<li>Headache</li>
<li>Excessive sweating and clammy skin</li>
<li>Loss of appetite, low energy, and fatigue</li>
<li>Confusion, especially in older people</li>

Most people can be treated at home by following these steps: 
<ul>
<li>Drink plenty of fluids to help loosen secretions and bring up phlegm.</li>
<li>Get lots of rest. Have someone else do household chores.</li>
<li>Do not take cough medicines without first talking to your doctor. Cough medicines may make it harder for your body to cough up the extra sputum.</li>
<li>Control your fever with aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen or naproxen), or acetaminophen. DO NOT give aspirin to children.</li>
</ul>
 
You are more likely to be admitted to the hospital if you: 
<ul>
<li>Have another serious medical problem</li>
<li>Have severe symptoms</li>
<li>Are unable to care for yourself at home, or are unable to eat or drink</li>
<li>Are older than 65 or a young child</li>
<li>Have been taking antibiotics at home and are not getting better</li>
</ul>

Hypertension or High blood pressure, defined as a repeatedly elevated blood pressure exceeding 140 over 90 mmHg -- a systolic pressure above 140 or a diastolic pressure above 90. 
 
Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease (CVD) - cerebrovascular events (CVEs) and ischaemic heart disease (IHD) - and is therefore one of the most important preventable causes of premature morbidity and mortality in developed and developing countries.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends the following definitions: 
 
Stage 1 hypertension - BP in surgery/clinic is ≥140/90 mm Hg and ABPM or HBPM is ≥135/85 mm Hg. 
Stage 2 hypertension - BP in surgery/clinic is ≥160/100 mm Hg and ABPM or HBPM is ≥150/95 mm Hg. 
Severe hypertension - BP in surgery/clinic is ≥180/110 mm Hg or higher. 
 
Risk factors that cannot change include:

Causes 
 
The cause of Hodgkin lymphoma is not known. Hodgkin lymphoma is most common among people ages 15 to 35 and 50 to 70. Past infection with the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is thought to contribute to some cases. Persons with HIV infection are at increased risk compared to the general population.

Most cases of encephalitis are caused by the virus directly infecting the brain. Post-infectious encephalomyelitis complicating small pox vaccination is totally avoidable now as small pox is now eradicated. Contraindication to Pertussis immunisation should be observed in patients with encephalitis. An immunodeficient patient who has had contact with chicken pox virus should be given prophylaxis with hyperimmune zoster immunoglobulin.
